Recently, KUSA Technology's unmanned cleaning robot has landed in Singapore. In theface of different rules and conditions of urban roads, the robot can still maintain consistent operational standards and technical performance, which also provides a solid foundation for its further development towards more international scenarios.




KUSA Technology's unmanned cleaning robot adoptsa vision AI-led multimodal environment sensing solution, and through advanced perception algorithms and data fusion, it is able to continuously and accurately sense road conditions and obstacle distribution. During the cleaning process, the robot can achievehigh-precision edge-to-edge operation, whichnot only guarantees the integrity of the cleaning coverage, but also effectively reduces the loss of consumables.

Facing the open and complex urban road environment, the robot has goodpath decision-making ability and dynamic response mechanism.For stationary obstacles (e.g. cones), the robot will complete path reconstruction and natural bypass without affecting the operating rhythm; when encountering unexpected and unavoidable obstacles (e.g. pedestrians), the robot will immediately trigger the stopping mechanism to protect the safety of operations and controllability.


In the face of different terrain, the unmanned cleaning robot'sadaptive adjustable sweeping discwillautomatically adjust the width, height and speed of the sweeping disc during operation, thus adapting to a variety of terrain and realising dead-angle-free cleaning.


In addition to cleaning, the unmanned cleaning robot also hasintelligent inspectioncapabilities.


In the automatic operation at the same time, the robot continues to collect images and operational data along the line, and road damage, manhole cover abnormalities, green plants encroach on the road, overflowing bins and other infrastructure problems identified, and synchronised back to the intelligent cloud control platform, the system dispatched to deal with the order and arrange for follow-up re-inspection, the formation of closed-loop management.This ability allows the robot from the "implementation of the operation" to "find problems", in order to improve road cleanliness at the same time, but also for the city management to provide a more detailed data support.




In addition, the unmanned cleaning robots have no exhaust emission, low noise and no nuisance during operation, which is in line with the concept of green and low-carbon urban management. The robots are equipped with a 420-litre water tank and a 1,000-litre bin to meet the needs of all-weather operation.
