In order to promote the intelligent transformation of urban management and explore new modes of sanitation operations, the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau of Binjiang District, Hangzhou, recently organised a live demonstration of KUSA Technology's unmanned sweeping robots on Guanshan Road for the people in charge of the streets and relevant cleaning enterprises under its jurisdiction. This activity focuses on the practical application of intelligent sanitation equipment effectiveness, for Binjiang District to build efficient, low-carbon sanitation management system to provide innovative ideas. At the demonstration site, the unmanned cleaning robot showed an amazing "intelligent brain".Through multi-modal perception technology and dynamic path planning, the robot can not only accurately identify obstacles such as cones and barrels, yielding to pedestrians and traffic lights, but also through intelligent algorithms to achieve high-precision edge cleaning.
In the face of unexpected road conditions, its intelligent decision-making system can instantly complete the obstacle avoidance action, and at the same time automatically take environmental photos uploaded to the intelligent cloud control platform, the platform and then scheduling of other robots to supplement the sweeping, the formation of the "discovery - report - response" closed-loop management model.
At present, the robot has been applied in Hangzhou City, and the existing sanitation system to form an effective complement for the "man-machine co-operation" mode of operation practice has accumulated rich experience.
The promotion and application of intelligent equipment, Binjiang District, Hangzhou City, to promote the refinement of urban management, scientific and important initiatives. Relying on scientific and technological empowerment, the sanitation operation breaks through the limitations of the traditional mode, effectively reduces the risk of extreme weather and night operations, and significantly improves the efficiency of environmental maintenance in key areas.
"This is not a simple replacement of equipment, but a revolution in management concepts." The person in charge of the Binjiang District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau stressed, "We will combine the effectiveness of the pilot, and jointly with science and technology enterprises to continue to deepen the exploration and application of intelligent sanitation technology, continuously optimise the management system, and promote the steady improvement of the quality of the urban environment with a more efficient and safer mode of operation, and provide the public with a more tidy and livable urban space."In the future, unmanned cleaning robots will be "on duty" in Riverside, and the public will also experience "silent cleaning", "zero-contact operation" and other intelligent innovations. This change in sanitation driven by artificial intelligence is reshaping the present and future of urban sanitation management.
