On 24th September, the 11th China Robotics Summit and CEO Roundtable Summit was held in Shanghai, KUSA Technology was invited to participate in the meeting, and with its self-developed unmanned sweeping robots in the People's Square of Shanghai, it was successfully included in the Shanghai Intelligent Robot 100 Scenarios Case Collection, and it became the only sanitation sweeping scenario that was selected.

Under the support and guidance of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatisation, the case collection was compiled by Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. Relying on the 2022-2025 Recommended Catalogue of Shanghai Intelligent Robot Benchmarking Enterprises and Application Scenarios, and combining with the technological innovations and demonstration application of enterprises, the collection was widely solicited and evaluated, and 100 typical cases from 83 enterprises were finally selected.

These cases are exemplary, innovative andreplicable, and are regarded as "Shanghai templates" for promoting the development and application of intelligent robotics industry in Shanghai and the whole country. KUSA Technology's inclusion in the list reflects the government's recognition of the value of unmanned cleaning robots in urban governance.

Currently, the unmanned cleaning robot has been working in Shanghai People's Square, demonstrating the possibility of intelligent robots working in the city's core areas. The robot is able to adapt to open scenarios with dense foot traffic and complex roads, and realise all-weather, fully automated sweeping operations, which not only reduces the burden of manpower, but also enhances the level of refinement and intelligence in urban management.

In actual operation, the robot performs fixed-point sweeping tasks on a daily basis, and identifies and actively avoids obstacles in real time in complex environments. In addition, the robot is equipped with a pure vacuum sweeping system, which can effectively remove dust, fallen leaves and attached stains, and can maintain efficient operation even in rainy days. Relying on the intelligent cloud control platform, managers can monitor the progress of operation and equipment status in real time, and conduct exception handling and data analysis; the platform also has the ability of self-learning and strategy optimisation, which can continuously improve the overall operational efficiency.
In the future, KUSA Technology will continue to plough into the urban service robot track, expand more application scenarios in public space, help modernise the urban governance system with intelligent and green products and solutions, and contribute to building a smarter and more sustainable urban life.
